Legal Warning and Your Acceptance

The following legal warning (to be known as Legal Warning in this document) regulates the access to and use of the resources and services offered on the website www.salesystem.org  (to be called  the “Website”) which is the property of Sale Systems, Corp (referred to as “Sales Systems”) bearing the following address: C/Ponzano 92, Madrid, Spain bearing CIF number B-82.209.404.  The use and access of the website is only for registered users (to be called “Users”) which implies complete acceptance without reservation of each and every one of the conditions that are included in this Legal Warning.  The user should carefully read the following Legal Warning each time he or she accesses the website as it may be modified periodically.  The use of certain services offered to Users on the Website shall be subject to certain special conditions (to be known as “Special Conditions”) which may be substituted, completed and/or modified the following Legal Warning.  The User should therefore read the Special Conditions before using the aforementioned services carefully. Likewise, the use of the Website is subject to the same Instructions and Regulations for Use (as all other warnings) that the Sales Systems informs the Users of that substitute, complete and/or modify this Legal Warning.

OBJECT

Sales Systems facilitates the User’s access to and use of the diverse services and contents (to be known as the “Services”) offered by Sales Systems or by a third party in the Terms and Conditions explained in this Legal Warning.

Access Conditions and Website Use

1. Free Access and Use of Website.

The services that Sales Systems offers are free to Users.  However, there are some services that are provided by third parties on the website that are not free and are explained in Special Conditions.

2. User Registration

In general, the use of the Services does not require previous subscription nor does it require Users to register.  Nevertheless, Sales Systems requires some Users to register previously in order to access some services.  Registry can be carried out and is explained in the Special Conditions pertaining to that particular service.  Registration implies accepting the conditions set out beforehand.  Sales Systems shall send an e-mail regarding information and services that they consider to be of interest to the registered user.    

3. Information Veracity

All the information that is offered to the User through our services must be truthful.  To all intents and purposes, all the information provided by the User must be truthful in completing the forms that are necessary for subscribing to the Services.  In addition, the User has the responsibility of keeping all the information given to Sales Systems up to date so that we may be able to respond to the User’s real situation at all times.  In any case, the User is responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided and the subsequent damage that it may cause Sale Systems or the third parties that are also involved.

4. Minors

Minors must receive previous permission from their parents, guardian or legal representative in order to access the services.  These persons shall be held responsible for what the minor may do.  The parent or legal guardian has the responsibility of determining the specific contents and Services that a minor may have access to.  There are mechanisms (specifically computer programs) for filtering and blocking the contents that are available to minors and though they are not infallible, they are of special use in controlling and restricting the materials that minors may have access to.

5. Obligation to use the website and services correctly.

The User shall agree to use the website and services therein in accordance with the law, the following Legal Warning, the Specific Conditions for certain Services in addition to other warnings, Regulations for Use, Special instructions given to them in addition to observing moral and socially accepted manners as well as observing rules for the good of the public.  To this end, the User shall assume responsibility for any sort of civil or penal punishment imposed as a consequence of their actions.

Sale Systems reserves the right to modify and suppress parts of the website and the information contained in them or modify the configuration of the page in order to improve its accessibility or appearance.
